Air charter broker disclosure
WORLDZTRAVEL LLC is an air charter broker. We do not own, operate, or directly provide air transportation. We act as an agent for our clients in arranging single-entity charter flights on aircraft operated by FAA-licensed direct air carriers holding a Part 135 certificate (or, for international flights, the foreign equivalent).
The direct air carrier operating your flight maintains operational control of the aircraft at all times, as required by U.S. Department of Transportation and Federal Aviation Administration regulations (14 CFR Part 295 and related rules). The identity of the operating air carrier, and any portion of a flight expected to be operated by another carrier, will be disclosed to you before booking on request.
Quoted prices reflect the total charter cost arranged on your behalf, including our service. Carrier names, certificate details, and the existence of any agency relationship are available upon request. Charter pricing is dynamic and confirmed in writing prior to booking.
